8 Skills for Educators

My maternal side of the family includes several educators, while my father’s family has several entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts. With lineage in both, I struggled with the path I should take. In the fall of 2011, after graduating with a degree in entrepreneurship, I taught youth in the Saint Paul community. I was then presented with an opportunity to use my business mind and my heart for education. Joining the Paradigm team was a perfect match because the opportunity allowed me to develop educational solutions for teachers and students.
