Ideal for individuals with little to no work experience, the Transition-to-Work Inventory measures individuals’ leisure interests in order to help them turn their interests into employment opportunities, a small-business enterprise, or a home-based business. While taking the inventory, individuals will review a list of non-work activities and rate how much they like each one. Simple self-scoring allows individuals to connect their answers to the 16 career clusters, which then lead to a list of related jobs, self-employment options, and paths for education and training.
The print inventory is sold in packages of 25 and the online inventory includes 25 attempts. A free Administrator's Guide includes guidance for how to administer the inventory and interpret its results.
