Microsoft has officially announced that Office 16 is scheduled to release in the 4th quarter of 2015. To paraphrase a well-worn axiom, this is not your father’s Microsoft Office. Guided by new age executives at Redmond HQ, Microsoft has re-engineered the way they create and deploy Office products—much to the delight of developers, partners, and customers. The first official view of Office, including Windows 10, was demonstrated at the last month’s Microsoft /b developer conference. These “Call of Duty” fan boys and girls were shocked and awed by new features like the “Tell Me” assistant and applications like Sway, an awesome presentation tool for the classroom. The focus for Office 16 is collaboration, data loss protection, and accessibility. You too can join in on the fun. Microsoft is offering free access to the beta version of Office 16, with a few caveats. You will need to create a Microsoft account, remove current versions of Office from your computer, and be prepared to reinstall your old Office version after the demo period expires.  But hey, you are part of the experience! Will you get on board and try it?Source: http://blogs.office.com/2015/05/04/office-2016-public-preview-now-available/
