At Paradigm, we strive to improve student success and instructor productivity. We are talking to educators to understand the needs of students. We are focused on actively listening and applying that feedback into our solutions. Our efforts to listen to instructors and professionals were recognized at the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council (PTEC) Conference in New Orleans this month. Paradigm’s managing editor, Brenda Palo, received the 2015 PTEC Associate Member Award. During the conference, Paradigm was praised for its efforts to support the work of PTEC and for its impact on pharmacy technician education. We are honored to be recognized for our efforts, and we’ll continue to commit to listening to educators and striving to go above and beyond expectations. Here are just a few of the ways we’re regularly participating in the field of health careers education:
  • Collaborating directly with educators at live events and on social media
  • Providing educators with teaching tips and resources
  • Conducting surveys and reviews
  • Attending and presenting at conferences
  • Learning about trends and needs through our health careers advisory board
  • Partnering with authors active in education and the health careers industry
As today’s learners continue to rely on technology to learn, we’re rapidly developing learning solutions to meet the needs of today’s students and the challenges educators face. In an industry that regularly changes, we are creating software that is changing too. And we’re never done. Through constant collaboration with educators, we’re committed to developing new solutions that will engage students and improve their comprehension and retention. Are you interested in collaborating with Paradigm? Let us know if you’re interested in being an author, taking surveys, reviewing our learning solutions, and more.
