Order Information Needed

Purchase order number, payment, or VISA, MasterCard, or American Express number and expiration date.

  • School/institution billing and shipping addresses. We cannot ship to a residence unless order is prepaid or charged to American Express, MasterCard, or VISA. If charged to a credit card account, please list the billing address of your charge account in the “bill to” space on the order form.
  • Name and position of person ordering.
  • Address and telephone number.
  • Quantity.
  • Product title and catalog number.
  • Prices and totals (include sales tax where applicable)

Order Terms

Terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices on this website also reflect all discounts. Prices do not include taxes where applicable. A shipping charge of 10% will be applied to all invoices within the continental United States. Orders under $100 are subject to a minimum shipping charge of $10.00. All orders placed at ship via ground delivery within the continental US. Additional charges are applied to all shipments outside of the continental US. All shipment and delivery pertain to business days only. This includes expedited shipments. The shipping charge is billed as a separate item on the invoice. Orders received after 1pm (CST) are processed the next business day. Billing and shipping is for the continental United States only. Foreign orders must contact Customer Service directly at or call toll-free 800-535-6865.

All orders over $500.00 purchased on-account require a hardcopy of the purchase order. Orders will be held pending written confirmation via fax, email (attaching a purchase order document), or mail.

Placing orders on

Placing an order on is quick and easy. New customers can check out and create an account at the same time or they can complete their order as a guest. Once you have an account, you’ll be able you to:

  • Shop and check out faster on your next visit.
  • Obtain a history of items you’ve purchased online.
  • Retain items in your “wish list.”

1. Add items to your cart.
First, you will need to browse or search for the item you would like to order. Click on the item that interests you to visit its product detail page. When you’re ready to order the item, enter the number of copies you wish to purchase in the quantity box. Next, click the “continue shopping” button if you wish to order more items. Otherwise, click the “proceed to checkout” button.

2. Review your shopping cart.
You do not have to view your entire cart before you check out, but it’s a great place to look over your order. The cart displays all of the items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the quantity of items in your cart. The cart also provides a subtotal that includes applicable sales tax, before any shipping charges are applied. Once you’re comfortable with the items in your cart, click the “proceed to checkout” button.

3. Proceed to checkout.
Returning customers can sign in to their accounts, using their e-mail address and password. New customers will need to click the “register” button to create an account.

4. Shipping and payment methods.
Shipping: We currently offer ground delivery for all US continental orders placed on

Payment: Select your payment method of either a credit card or purchase order and proceed to the next page. From here you will need to enter your payment details. You may also review a summary of your order and enter any comments for our customer service department. When you are ready, click “submit order” to complete the ordering process.

5. Review your order confirmation.
A confirmation page will display with a copy of your invoice. You may print this invoice by clicking the “print invoice” bottom at the bottom of the page. Shortly after this page displays, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order.

Shipping, tax, and delivery


Ground shipments in the continental United States: Shipping and handling charges for continental U.S.—regular ground shipments only: Please add 10% of the subtotal; the minimum charge is $10.00.

Rush orders: For rush orders we offer the following delivery options when you place your order directly with Paradigm Customer Service:

  • Next-day delivery (please add 14% of the subtotal, plus $10.00)
  • Second-day delivery (please add 13% of the subtotal, plus $10.00)
  • Third-day delivery (please add 12% of the subtotal, plus $10.00)


All shipments are FOB shipping point.

For-profit companies and residents of the following states must add sales tax: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin. Sales tax is calculated by your county sales tax rate.

Not-for-profit organizations in these states must include their tax number on all orders to qualify for tax exemption.

GST and HST will be included on orders to Canada.


We work hard to see that most orders are received, processed, and out the warehouse door within 48 hours!

New customers submitting credit information will take a little longer, and sometimes we’ll need to contact you to clarify billing/shipping information or products ordered. In any case, all orders are shipped ASAP via UPS Ground, exceptions noted below.

In the continental U.S. Ground shipments usually take 3-6 business days after the shipping date. UPS Ground does not deliver to post office boxes, so please include your street address with your order.

Outside the continental U.S. We will attempt to use the carrier of your choice, provided we can trace the shipment.

Special orders. A few catalog items are ordered from their manufacturer(s) only when we receive your order. Add two weeks to delivery times for these.

Payment and pricing


We accept payment by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) for individuals who place their orders on Institutions can submit a purchase order for their payment.

All orders are invoiced in US dollars. Conversion fees charged by your credit card company may apply.

Return Policy for Individual Customers

Returns for materials purchased from Paradigm cannot be accepted unless written approval has been secured.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Online products

Returns and refunds on digital offerings, including electronic codes and software, are limited to those that have not been activated or used and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. No returns or refunds will be given for any electronic codes that has been activated or for software that has been downloaded.

Product defects

In the event of a product defect:

  • Notification of a product defect must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • Please enclose a copy of the packing list or invoice. We cannot process a credit to your account without the packing list or invoice copy.
  • We accept returns that arrive in a condition to sell again. So pack very carefully.
  • Ship prepaid FedEx Ground or UPS, or any method that provides a way for you to track the shipment.
  • A call tag may be issued. Please contact Paradigm Customer Service for additional information.

Collection and Use of Performance Data

When a student uses a Paradigm course solution, a variety of information will be generated concerning that student’s skills and performance, such as completed worksheets and exercises (collectively, “Performance Data”). Paradigm will aggregate Performance Data, and may use, share and disclose such aggregated Performance Data with educational institutions and otherwise as permitted by law. For example, Paradigm may use such aggregated Performance Data for research and product development purposes, and may also share such aggregated Performance Data with Paradigm’s business partners and Affiliates.

Information about FERPA

Paradigm Education Solutions provides course materials and services for educational institutions. Information collected is only used by Paradigm as needed to support the educational institution and provide the services requested by the course instructors. We do not use this information for our own purposes. Most student course records are also protected by the Family and Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA).  The Family and Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) applies to “an educational agency or institution to which funds have been made available under any program administered by the Secretary, if (1) The educational institution provides educational services or instruction, or both, to students; or (2) The educational agency is authorized to direct and control public elementary or secondary, or postsecondary educational institutions.”

Information about Children

Paradigm abides by Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). COPPA is a regulation that requires parental consent for the online collection of information about users under 13. Any school administering our products acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for compliance with COPPA, including, but not limited to, obtaining parental consent concerning collection of students’ personal information used in connection with the provisioning and use of the Services by the Customer and End Users and advising a parent or guardian of the right to review or have deleted all personally identifiable information collected for a child and/or to permit no further use of that personally identifiable information.
